Who is responsible

When you send a message
The contact form sends your name, email address, company (if given), the help you chose and your message to my inbox, so that I can reply. The legal basis is your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent. I keep the exchange for as long as we are in touch and for up to two years after, unless it becomes part of a contract.
To stop automated spam, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 once you start filling it in. Google receives information about your device and how you use the form, under its privacy policy and terms. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics
Google Analytics runs only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. It sets cookies starting with _ga for up to thirteen months and tells me which pages are read and how visitors arrive. Advertising features and Google signals are off. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you, so it runs regardless of your choice.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure it. Email is handled by Hostinger. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hi@mrkeshi.com. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
